🍻 About Brussels Beer Project
When you think of Belgium, you think of beer – they go hand in hand. But in 2013, Brussels Beer Project decided to shake up tradition. Instead of repeating centuries-old recipes, they set out to co-create the beers of tomorrow. Their first success, the Delta IPA, was crowdfunded by their community, and Babylone became the world’s first beer brewed from unsold bread.
BBP has a strong focus on sustainability, choosing to stick to the European market to reduce their carbon footprint. While their flagship brewery in Port Sud now produces over 40,000 hectoliters, BBP’s roots are in Dansaert, where they continue to brew lambic and geuze – and where we’ll be heading for this unique YVM experience.
